We had a great time at the Esri Partner Conference and Dev Summit in Palm Springs! The Esri Partner Conference is a great opportunity to better understand the initiatives that Esri is working towards with its partners and meet with our friends from the teams we have been working with this year.
After the Esri Partner Conference, Stephen was able to attend the Dev Summit which is focused on the details of developing products with Esri and furthering our knowledge on the potential integration work we can do with ArcGIS. We had some great conversations with the Esri’s ArcGIS experts, and got to get lots of great feedback on some of our products.
During our time in Palm Springs, we had some great meetings with Esri folks and we’re looking forward to some exciting work with them – especially around GeoBIM and other Autodesk integrations. We also had a chance to catch up with our partners at CycloMedia and get some exciting updates about new projects they have in the works. The networking opportunities were great and we enjoyed connecting with some senior folks at Esri, Esri canada, and Schneider electric. We received quite a bit of interest in our products and projects we have worked on this year – we even got a few shoutouts in some of the AEC sessions – because within their existing partner channels, there is only a small amount of CAD/BIM integration expertise. Autodesk, SAP and Microsoft are Esri’s top priority partners now and it becomes more essential for us continue to working to improve the exchange of data between the GIS and CAD worlds.
