Each of Brockwell IT’s consultants has at least 10 years experience in geospatial consulting. Our technical and engineering consultants have Computer Science and Math degrees from leading institutions. Each of our technical consultants has been developing Oracle and AutoCAD based solutions using C++, PL/SQL and web technologies for at least 10 years. All of our consultants have worked for industry-leading software companies in senior technical or management roles.

Stephen Brockwell founded Brockwell Consulting in 2007 to provide independent business and technical leadership for the Autodesk geospatial community. Mr. Brockwell worked for Autodesk from 1999 to 2007 as Senior Business Development Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, and Director of Product Management. He played a key role in successful projects at First Energy, Qwest, City of Vancouver, and Telstra Communications. Prior to joining Autodesk, Brockwell was the Software Engineering Manager for SHL VISION* Solutions, the developers of the first all-relational GIS based on Oracle. Customers such as Qwest Communications and First Energy still use the underlying technology developed by the VISION* team. Mr. Brockwell has an MSc in Mathematics and a BSc in Computer Science and 22 years of experience in the geospatial industry in government, private sector and technology. Mr. Brockwell has been a regular instructor at Autodesk University and has presented at Oracle Open World and the Oracle Spatial User's Conference.

Frank Misurec has 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, serving as a solution architect, developer, trainer, and leader. He has more than 15 years of international geospatial consulting to telecommunications, utilities and municipal governments. Frank has a proven record of success in managing and implementing solutions that model and maintain utility infrastructure, support the design process, streamline business processes and integrate diverse systems. Frank is an expert in building business focused applications utilizing the Autodesk Suite of products including Autodesk MapGuide, Autodesk Map 3D, Autodesk Topobase and Autodesk Utility Design. Frank has a BMath in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Bringing a management background in Sales and Marketing from a national retail operation, Jessica McCall facilitates Brockwell IT Inside Sales. With her degree in Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University she is dedicated to developing her knowledge of Autodesk’s latest and most in-demand geospatial and utilities design and visualization applications available from their current catalogue. Jessica’s experience and her management knowledge of customer service allows her to focus on the detail of the customer’s specific application needed to advance business goals and objectives.
Brandon Amick joined the Brockwell IT Consulting team in the fall of 2012. His skill set includes experience manipulating databases in a SQL environment and performing analysis and design processes for developing a large-scale database system. His knowledge-base includes C# .Net desktop development, as well as HTML, Javascript, PHP, and C# .Net web development. Brandon graduated from Lane Community College with an AOS Computer Programming in 2012 He has over 10 years of experience in customer service and management skills and has taken on various projects for Brockwell IT Consulting that are allowing him to develop his skills in the Autodesk consulting environment.
Jon Driscoll is an experienced Programmer and Analyst with over 15 years IT experience in various design and development roles in both private and public sector environments. He has experience in various fields of Information Technology, including 12 years of experience in Web based development, with J2EE technologies, using BEA WebLogic/OC4J/IBM WebSphere, Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Rational Unified Process (RUP). He has also worked for Oracle and was on the CMP (Container Managed Persistence) team, designing and developing the software integrating TopLink for Java with OC4J, BEA WebLogic and IBM WebSphere.
Over the past 12 years Bradford Heasley has been dedicated to the GIS industry architecting, implementing, and training GIS solutions from multiple vendors including ESRI and Autodesk. More recently, Mr. Heasley held the position of Senior Application Engineer at Autodesk where he played a key role in identifying and addressing the geospatial requirements of Autodesk’s new and existing customers. Mr. Heasley will be serving in advisory capacity on the Brockwell IT Board of Directors.
Brockwell IT Consulting is joining with Spatial Network Solutions in providing delivery of consulting, training and implementation of geospatial asset management systems for utilities. Brockwell IT Consulting and Spatial Network Solutions will bring together some of the most experienced geospatial consultants in the industry.
